NATIONAL MERCHANDISING PROGRAM

CHALLENGE

Develop merchandising displays for a new line of poly bag cereal packaging to showcase on a variety of grocery store shelves in different markets on a national level. Dimensions, set-up and shipping were critical to be able to deliver the program nation-wide.

Standard applications and set-up instructions for sales team with sign and label samples for each sku.

SOLUTION

Two types of wire racks were designed and structured to fold, hook and snap together making the attachment to existing gondola shelves easy while dividers separated the various sku's and conveniently dispensing the products. All racks shipped flat and came with simple set-up instructions and product branding material.

RESULTS

• Bagged cereal program installed in every store where Quaker Oats products were sold.

• Displays adapted well to every shelf size and configuration.

• Successful national roll-out also went into Canada and South America.

• Increased market share of Quaker Oats cereal brand.
